2. I saw an offer and now it is gone, what happened?
Offers come an go very quickly, there are multiple users competing to complete offers, so if you see an enticing offer that you are interested in; it is best to complete it right away.
3. I downloaded an app or completed an offer and I did not receive any points…HELP!
There are multiple reasons why you may not receive points for an offer, some of them include the following:
- You have already downloaded the app before. If you download an app through an offer and you have downloaded it before, then you will not be awarded points.
- You completed the offer elsewhere and not with Gift Back Card.
- You did not follow the offer completely. Some offers will require you to register and/or play the app to a certain point.
- There may be a small delay. Sometimes points can be delayed by up to a hour, if you think you completed your offer and have not received points, contact support at [email protected] and we will help you immediately!
